1. Who we are

We are Lormi Ltd (company number 17088474), whose registered office is Unit 31, Longcroft Farm, Longcroft Lane, Yoxall, DE13 8NT.

2. Age restriction

Our website and products are intended for adults only. By using the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we believe an order has been placed by someone under 18, we may cancel it.

3. Using our website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw the website (in whole or part) for operational or business reasons.

4. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. However, images are for illustration and packaging may vary. If you have questions about suitability, please contact us before ordering.

Nothing on our website is intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed via Worldpay. We do not store full payment card details.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you. If this happens, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

6. Order acceptance and contract

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline an order for any reason, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, or an error in pricing or stock.

A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order (for example by sending a dispatch confirmation email).

7. Delivery

Delivery options, prices, and estimated times are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page.

Our standard dispatch cut-off is 4pm Monday to Friday (UK time). Orders placed after this time are usually dispatched the next working day.

We ship internationally from the UK. International delivery times and costs vary and are calculated at checkout.

8. Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

9. Returns (our policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period from delivery for eligible items.

• Items must be unused, unopened, in the original sealed packaging, and suitable for resale.
• Hygiene items (including sex toys and lubricants) cannot be returned once opened or used.
• We offer refund or store credit (your choice), subject to eligibility checks.
• If you use our prepaid Royal Mail returns label, a £6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• No international returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

10. Reviews and user content

We may allow customers to leave product reviews via our review provider (for example, Judge.me).

• Reviews must be honest, lawful, and must not be abusive, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights.
• We may moderate, remove, or refuse to publish reviews where appropriate (for example, where they breach these Terms).
• By submitting a review, you grant us a licence to use, display, and reproduce it for website and marketing purposes.
• We do not accept photo uploads as part of reviews unless we explicitly enable that feature in future.

11. Fraud prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously. Where we suspect fraudulent activity, we may cancel orders and/or take steps to protect customers and the business. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details may be passed to relevant fraud prevention agencies where lawful and appropriate.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by or licensed to Lormi. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, or republish website content without permission.

13. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses (for example loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. External links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites.

15. Events outside our control (force majeure)

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, or other major incidents). If this affects delivery, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

17. General

• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. This will not affect your rights.
• You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• A delay in enforcing any right does not mean we waive that right.
• No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
